If possible, we will meet you and prepare something else for you. Please note that one menu change is free, while each additional change is charged 500 dinars per week. When sending an order, in the Notes regarding food, write which foods are in question (view Menu).

If you choose the No breakfast or No lunch/dinner option, the meal package that will be delivered to you will not contain the number of calories you have chosen, but the chosen number of calories minus the caloric value of the meal you do not want, which depends on which meal it is.

You can pay with the first delivery in cash to the delivery person or via e-banking no later than the next day after the first delivery.

It's free because we know that no one has a problem coming up with a great diet plan. The problem arises when the food according to the diet plan needs to be prepared and everything that goes with it (procurement, waiting in supermarket lines, washing the dishes...).

Orders received before 8 p.m. will be delivered the next evening, while orders received after 8 p.m. will be delivered in 2 days. Orders received on Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be delivered on Sunday  evening.

We prepare the food immediately before packaging. We deliver fresh and unfrozen meals to you.

Let us know the day before and we will pause delivery and resume when you return.

You can order for 1 day or a 5-day package that you can use within 2 working weeks.

You can order meals without breakfast, as well as without lunch/dinner when you indicate in the Notes which meal you want delivery without.

YES! In the green zone, delivery is free (look at the map). In the rest of the city, delivery can be free if multiple meal plans are ordered. If your address is outside the green zone, contact us to see what we can do (Contact)

Delivery is made every evening from Sunday to Thursday between 16:00 and 22:00 depending on the part of the city you are in, as well as the route of the delivery person for that week. We will deliver meals for each day to your home address the previous evening (e.g. you will receive Monday's meals on Sunday evening, etc.) You will receive an approximate delivery time when confirming the order (and it will be similar throughout the week), and the delivery person will contact you about the exact time about 15 minutes before delivery.

No problem! Just give us a call (Contact) at least an hour before delivery where we can leave meals for you (with a neighbor, with the porter, in a store/kiosk across the street...). Most regular clients who are often not at the address, give us the code (key) from the entrance to the building, so we leave their meals in front of the apartment without any problems.

We do not deliver on Fridays and Saturdays. Meals for Friday and Saturday are delivered on Thursday evenings.

A diet plan is, simply put, a plan of nutritionally balanced meals adapted to one person, i.e. their activities, age, height and weight.

On the contrary, the meals are very tasty and we guarantee that with us you will not eat the same meal twice in the same month.

The main difference is in the ratio of macronutrients (protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates) that meals contain.

If you order a package with all meals from us, you don't have to buy anything else.

We change the meals on the menus every week so that you don't get bored of the same tastes. We guarantee that you won't eat the same meal for a month.

The meals are packed in PP packaging that can withstand up to +110 C so you can reheat them in the microwave.

We recommend that you put the meals in the refrigerator as soon as possible. But since the meals are freshly prepared before delivery, they won't miss anything for a few hours out of the fridge.

Our meals are perfect for everyone - whether you are a professional athlete or a recreational person, and you don't have time to go shopping, cook healthy meals, wash the dishes...

YES! We know the formula that is the only one that is successful and that has never failed. It is food made from fresh ingredients and the daily calorie intake is less than the total calorie consumption. We know it doesn't sound spectacular, but we don't aim to lie to our clients and promise them 10kg less in a month with 1 tablet, 10g of powder or whatever.

Targeted removal of fat deposits is not possible (except by liposuction). With a proper diet, everyone will lose weight depending on genetics (some will lose their stomach first, some will lose their thighs, some will lose their upper body). However, with a healthy diet, you will eventually remove all unnecessary fat deposits and they will not magically return.

Maintaining weight, simply put, means taking in as many calories per day as we consume each day. We can maintain weight with fast food and pastries, but if you care about your health, unhealthy food should be avoided as a whole. All that is needed is to find the right balance with the amount of calories and that's it.

Gaining muscle mass (not fat) is the reverse process of losing weight and it is only necessary to increase the calorie intake to be greater than the daily consumption. When the goal is to gain muscle mass, it is not good to gain weight by more than 500 grams per week, because that weight gain will be in the form of fat deposits. That is why it is necessary to measure yourself once a week and if the increase in weight is greater, reduce your calorie intake the following week.

Our sincere recommendation is that it is necessary. Any physical activity will contribute a lot to your health. Don't look at training as something you have to do to lose weight, but as something that all people naturally should do. Look at training as a daily activity that will prolong your life, improve your mood, increase your concentration...especially if you are trapped in an armchair/chair at work or at home.

Your body is the best "machine" for detoxification and it does not need any "detox" diets and drinks. With a healthy diet, you enable the body to work normally and do not put it in a situation where it cannot deal with as many "poisons" that you take into yourself through food and drink.

It's not possible! Most likely, you still haven't found the right balance of healthy eating (even though you think you have) and we're here to help. Quasi-diets (lose weight in 7 days or a month) are as big nonsense as pills, powders and belts to take steam.

It depends on you and only you. If you go back to your old habits, it is expected that the old weight will also return.

A healthy diet means eating a variety of healthy foods made from fresh ingredients. In order to achieve your goal with a healthy diet, i.e. to lose weight, gain weight or maintain weight, we need to eat an amount of food that is smaller, larger or equal to our daily caloric needs.

The only way to lose weight healthily is to do the opposite of the "activity" you used to gain weight. Nutrition. Instead of fast food that makes you hungry and eat more food than you need, start with a healthy diet that will keep you full longer. With a slightly lower caloric intake than you need, fat deposits will slowly disappear while improving overall health.
